We are finally breaking ground this month.  We actually own the 3-3/4 acre property now.  It is rezoned commercial and located immediately off of Interstate 26, exit 18.  Our address is 30 Cole Road, Weaverville, NC.    Cole Road parallels the interstate and is a side road off of Clarks Chapel Road. We have closed on the construction loan and plan to move into our 2500 square foot facility sometime in April, 2017.

The property sets high with a 360 degree mountain view when the leaves are off the trees.  Our building will be mostly for producing pots and will have a small gallery/show room.  From back to front we will have the area where we begin forming pieces from clay.  Then areas for drying the pots.  Closer to the center of the building is the kiln room, chemical room and glaze area.  Towards the front of the building is the shipping/packing area, kitchen and bathroom, office and showroom/gallery.

The exterior of the building will be hardy plank with shakes and a rustic covered entry area.
